用高速摄影技术研究了高压气体膨胀驱动空气-水界面的瑞利-泰勒不稳定性,获得了空气-水界面的不稳定性清晰图像,得到气炮尖顶运动速度及湍流混合层高度增长速度与时间关系曲线。在横式激波管上用高速纹影诊断技术研究了激波作用空气-SF6界面的里克特迈耶-梅什科夫不稳定性,初步获得了实验图像,可清晰显示混合区变化过程。  相似文献

采用预涂粉末激光熔覆技术,在42CrMo基体上制备出原位合成Nb(C, N)颗粒增强的铁基复合涂层。X射线及扫描电镜分析结果表明:激光熔覆获得的涂层基体为耐氧化、耐蚀性良好的Fe-Cr细晶组织及少量的-Fe相,原位合成的Nb(C, N)呈块状弥散分布在基体上。进一步的磨损试验表明:这些颗粒增强相极大增强了抗磨损性能,与未熔覆的母材相比,其磨损失重仅为母材的1/9左右; 涂层在750 ℃恒温氧化条件下具有较好的抗氧化性能,氧化层主要由NbO1.1,Cr2O3相组成; 母材的氧化产物为Fe2O3,容易脱落,保护性能较差; 激光熔覆涂层的氧化膜厚度仅为未涂层的1/5。  相似文献

The method of order parameter expansion is used to study the dynamical behavior in the globally delay-coupled nonidentical systems. Using the Landau-Stuart periodic system and Ro?ssler chaotic oscillator to construct representative systems, the method can identify the boundary curves of amplitude death island analytically in the parameter space of the coupling and time delay. Furthermore, the parameter mismatch (diversity) effect on the size of island is investigated numerically. For the case of coupled chaotic Ro?ssler systems with different timescales, the diversity increases the domain of death island monotonically. However, for the case of delay-coupled Landua-Stuart periodic systems with different frequencies, the average frequency turns out to be a critical role that determines change of size with the increase of diversity.  相似文献

We propose a continuous-wave(CW)middle infrared(MIR)and long infrared(LIR)dual-band laser for the calibration and effect research of infrared detecting and imaging systems.A total output power of 18 W is achieved by the proposed dual-band laser through one DF gain medium module and one parallel placed CO2 gain medium module using a common stable resonator and output mirror with nominal transmissivities of ~5%in the MIR band and~10%in the LIR band.Spectra of dual-band laser are acquired.The power extracting efficiency of this dual-band laser can be significantly improved,as validated by a single-band test of optimized parameters.  相似文献

An ultra narrow linewidth fiber laser is presented, which is composed of a ring cavity laser and a linewidth-narrowing module. The fiber laser is introduced in detail and the single mode operation of the laser is verified. Using a revised self-heterodyne detection method, experimental data of the laser linewidth against the pump power are presented. The narrowest linewidth is measured to be 109 Hz, whereas the output power is 1.1 mW.  相似文献

A modal interferometer is experimentally demonstrated based on tapering a single-mode-multimode-singlemode (SMS) fiber structure heated by hydrogen flame.The interference fringe begins to form when tapering length is 19.8 mm,and becomes regular and clear when the tapering length is longer and the tapered waist diameter is smaller.Annealing process is undertaken to achieve a high extension ratio of approximately 17 dB with free spectral range of 1.5 nm when the tapering length is 33 mm and the tapered waist diameter is approximately 5μm.The temperature and axial strain dependences of the tapered SMS structure are characterized,and the measured temperature and strain coefficients are +7 pm/℃and -9.536 pm/με, respectively.  相似文献

Our previous work on the classical over-barrier ionization model for helium double ionization is extended to the complex multi-electron system of Ne.The total and q-fold ionization cross sections are calculated at energies ranging from a few tens to several hundred keV/u.The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data,and the energy dependence of the cross sections suggests that the multi-ionization of a strong perturbated complex atom is probably the sequential over-barrier ionization process.  相似文献

The J-V characteristics of AltGa1 tN/GaN high electron mobility transistors(HEMTs) are investigated and simulated using the self-consistent solution of the Schro dinger and Poisson equations for a two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG) in a triangular potential well with the Al mole fraction t = 0.3 as an example.Using a simple analytical model,the electronic drift velocity in a 2DEG channel is obtained.It is found that the current density through the 2DEG channel is on the order of 10^13 A/m^2 within a very narrow region(about 5 nm).For a current density of 7 × 10^13 A/m62 passing through the 2DEG channel with a 2DEG density of above 1.2 × 10^17 m^-2 under a drain voltage Vds = 1.5 V at room temperature,the barrier thickness Lb should be more than 10 nm and the gate bias must be higher than 2 V.  相似文献

We have discussed numerically the characterization of time delay (TD) signature in a chaotic vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) subject to optical feedback, where the results for polarization-preserved optical feedback (PPOF) and polarization-rotated optical feedback (PROF) are presented comparatively. It is found that, when the feedback strength is moderate, TD signature can be retrieved successfully by analyzing the total intensity, intensities of x-linearly polarized (x-LP) mode, and y-LP mode in a VCSEL with PPOF; while for PROF case, the intensity amplitude peaks in autocorrelation function (ACF)/delayed mutual information (DMI) of the two orthogonal LP modes are located at multiple values of TD. Furthermore, the influence of the feedback strength and time delay has been investigated. The results show that, a further increase of the feedback strength (roughly>40 ns?1) leads to the successful identification of the TD signature in the two LP mode intensities of VCSELs with PROF. It is also observed that the estimation of TD depends significantly on the value of the spin–flip relaxation rate (γs). For low relaxation rates the TD signature could be much easier to be revealed by the two LP modes than that for large values of relaxation rate in VCSELs with PROF. Finally the influence of injection current and the device linear anisotropies is investigated, and the results of TD estimation are confirmed by calculating permutation entropy (PE).  相似文献

Novel highly-efficient power combiners based on evanescently-coupled micro/nano optical fibers are proposed and experimentally demonstrated. Experimental results show that the maximum power combing efficiency can be >90%. The combining efficiency is overlap length dependent. As long as the overlap length is long enough (~7 mm), a stable high combining efficiency can always be achieved. The presented optical power combiners with the advantages of easy fabrication, low-loss, low-cost, and wavelength insensitivity can find potential applications in micro/nano photonic devices, optical communications and optical interconnects.  相似文献
